Rosé Gummies & Jam Cocktails

Rosé Gummies

If you’re somewhat of a candy connoisseur and will buy multiple unnecessary ingredients in order to curate the perfect Instagram post, this recipe is for you!

- 1 cup of Rose

- ½ cup of sugar

- 1 ½ oz gelatin powder (if you’ve got a friend who’s trying to stop their period so they can get laid, you’ll be able to find this in their bedside table drawers) Fresh berries

  1. Microwave the rose for 1 minute
  2. Dissolve the sugar and gelatin powder into the cup
  3. Pour mixture into an ice cube tray
  4. Pop a cute berry in each one
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour
  6. Finish the rest of your bottle of wine while you wait
  7. Binge eat all of them and feel mildly sick

Jam Cocktails*

(*not as gross as it sounds) The jam in this cocktail technically makes it breakfast. Like a sadder, student version of a mimosa. It also only uses four ingredients too, which you’ll probably find on your flatmate’s shelf of the pantry.

I’m not going to give you any rations here - you’re the master of your own fate.

You’ll need:

- Blackberry jam & vodka

- Raspberry jam & tequila

- Peach jam & whisky

Sprite and a dash of lemon or lime juice

  1. In a cocktail shaker (or protein shaker, whatever), combine ice, jam, citrus juice, Sprite and whisky.
  2. Cover with the lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain into desired serving glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
  5. Neck it and complain to your friend that they made it too strong.
